Al Ghadeer Parks is Aldar's September 2026 release and the phase that follows Al Ghadeer Gardens, which sold out on launch day. Set on the Abu Dhabi side of the Abu Dhabi to Dubai corridor, it opens 453 family homes across two neighbourhoods, Al Ghadeer Parks 1 and Al Ghadeer Parks 2. Two bedroom townhouses start at AED 1.9M for 125 sqm, three bedroom middle townhouses at AED 2.3M for 143 sqm, three bedroom corner townhouses at AED 2.4M for 146 sqm, and four bedroom villas at AED 3.3M for 201 sqm with an optional private pool. The plan is 55/45 with just 5% to reserve and seven further instalments, and keys are expected in Q2 2031. The address is the point of it: Seih Al Sedeirah sits between the two emirates, 16 minutes from Al Maktoum International and 30 from Zayed International, with Expo City on the doorstep and more than 265 destinations within reach of the two airports. Inside the community, streets are drawn for pedestrians first, homes ring parks, feature lakes and tree lined paths, and residents share a community centre, pool, splash pad, multi sports area, events lawn and desert stargazing lawns. Al Ghadeer British School, run by Aldar Education, opens for the 2030 academic year for more than 2,800 pupils. Interiors are offered in a light or a dark scheme.
